NETGEAR is seeking a technically skilled and customer-centric Systems Engineer to support our Enterprise and IT customers. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor with deep knowledge in Wi-Fi, LAN switching, cloud networking, and Zero Trust security, and will also play a critical role in relaying customer feedback to influence product strategy and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Expertise in Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 wireless networking technologies
- Layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, routing, QoS, and enterprise security practices
- Cloud-managed networking (NETGEAR Insight or competitive solutions)
- Zero Trust security concepts including identity-based access and micro-segmentation
- Strong troubleshooting and solution development skills across both wireless and wired networks
- Experience using RF design tools (e.g., Ekahau, Hamina, etc)
- Experience supporting or working with channel partners, MSPs, and mid-market enterprise customers
