Fit summary

Best fit: senior TPM/NPI leads who have shipped complex hardware or vehicle service programs and can operate inside a scale-up EV OEM under cost and volume pressure—not pure software scrum-only backgrounds.

Day in the role

As Sr. Service NPI Technical Program Manager, you drive service readiness for new Lucid vehicle programs: cross-functional plans for diagnostics, tools, parts, training, and launch gates; risk/issue tracking with engineering, service ops, and suppliers; and go-live readiness for Air/Gravity-class NPI milestones rather than pure feature delivery.

Skills to emphasize

No curated cert list is provided for this posting. Prioritize program management for hardware NPI, serviceability/DFX, EV systems literacy, and stakeholder communication. Skip paid cert shopping until Lucid’s own requirements are clear.
