Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in declarative development (flows, validation rules, etc.)
- Strategic thinking with ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
- Collaboration and teamwork skills with ability to deliver results that drive efficiency and growth
- Tech-savviness with experience with GTM tech stack applications and integrations
