SingleStore is seeking a driven Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to take ownership of top-of-funnel revenue operations across the United States, working hand-in-hand with Marketing, Sales/Business Development, Finance, and other go-to-market teams. This full-time, in-office role sits at the heart of our GTM Operations function, where you'll shape the data, processes, and insights that power our revenue engine. About the Role As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at SingleStore, you'll govern the Marketing-to-SDR/BDR funnel from the moment a lead is created through to opportunity. It's a hands-on, high-visibility position built for an analytical thinker who wants to sharpen conversion at every stage, safeguard data integrity, and help scale a fast-growing company's go-to-market motion. Key Responsibilities Design and continuously improve dashboards and reporting that help Marketing and SDR/BDR leaders track capacity, performance, and progress toward TOFU targets such as meetings, SAOs, and sourced pipeline. Lead analytics for the marketing-to-early-pipeline funnel, examining volume, velocity, and conversion across each stage from lead to opportunity. Break down performance by segment, program, channel, rep, territory, and persona to uncover insights that lift pipeline quality and efficiency. Support campaign and program setup so tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting stay accurate. Define and document lead lifecycle, qualification rules, and routing logic that ensure speed-to-lead, fairness, and alignment with GTM coverage. Strengthen data quality for leads, contacts, accounts, and early-stage opportunities through enrichment, deduplication, and hygiene workflows. Assess and optimize the SDR/BDR tech stack — sales engagement, intent, enrichment, lead scoring, and routing — driving adoption and measurable results. Partner with Marketing, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Enablement, and Finance to keep measurement, reporting, and execution consistent across the funnel. Qualifications 3+ years in Revenue, Marketing, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS company. Hands-on experience supporting Marketing and SDR/BDR teams across lead scoring, qualification, routing, campaign operations, enrichment, and analytics. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable guidance for GTM leaders. Familiarity with GTM tools including HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and Salesforce; AI tooling is a plus.
