Acorns is seeking a Sr. Manager of Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our global compensation and benefits programs. The role involves owning the architecture of our compensation and benefits strategy, designing for equitability, competing for exceptional talent, and building the kind of rewards experience that reflects what Acorns stands for.
Requirements
- 9+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards management, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
- Deep understanding of equity/stock compensation, job leveling, and advanced data analysis.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully implementing system enhancements (specifically Workday).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to translate complex vision into executable strategy.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience motivating, supporting, and developing team members to meet performance expectations and build their careers.
- Ability to align company vision and organizational goals with team execution.
- Commitment to upholding policy and procedures per company standards.
- Own strategic decision-making and effectively communicate direction to team members.
- Hunger to deliver game-changing products.
- Exceptional drive and precision in delivery.
