Sr Healthcare Recruiter
Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
