Fit summary

Strong fit if you have senior global sourcing in automotive or complex hardware service chains and want OEM EV exposure at HQ in Newark, CA. Less fit if you need remote work or pure production-only procurement without service lifecycle focus.

Day in the role

As Sr. Global Supply Manager, Service at Lucid, a typical day prioritizes parts and supplier readiness for post-sale service: reviewing service-part demand, negotiating capacity and lead times with global suppliers, aligning quality and cost with Service Operations, and escalating shortages that could block repairs for Air/Gravity owners.

Skills to emphasize

Build depth in automotive aftermarket/service BOM, global sourcing, and supplier performance (OTIF, quality escapes). Practice total-cost negotiation and risk plans for single-source EV components. No certification list was provided for this role family.
