About the Role This full-time, on-site position in Frankfurt supports the regional marketing team as a parental-leave cover. As Senior Field & Partner Marketing Specialist (m/w/d), you will own the execution of tailored, high-impact programs that fuel pipeline, partner activation, and brand awareness across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe. You will act as the connective hub between sales, partners, and the global marketing organization, ensuring tight alignment and efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities Independently plan and run regional field and partner marketing initiatives that grow pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility. Build integrated programs spanning campaigns, events, webinars, mailings, and digital activity with a sharp focus on ROI. Produce event-related assets — email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional content — to maximize lead generation before and after activities. Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned partners, nurturing relationships and delivering on partner-specific needs. Coordinate joint go-to-market plans, partner enablement, co-marketing, and MDF activities. Adapt global messaging for local markets and create, localize, and continuously optimize German-language content around regional buyer personas. Support the German blog, expert articles, and LinkedIn content in collaboration with the PR agency. Assist with budget planning, track spend, and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs with actionable recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with sales, channel, SDR, global marketing, and product marketing teams. Qualifications At least four years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology. Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns, events, and digital initiatives end to end. Strong analytical skills, turning data into insights and clear recommendations. Self-motivation, confidence, creativity, and strong execution in a dynamic environment. Excellent project management and multitasking abilities, plus experience with marketing reporting and KPIs. Professional written and spoken communication in German and English.
