About the Role

As Senior Director of Pricing and Affordability at Aspen Dental, you will lead the strategy that keeps quality healthcare within reach for the millions of patients TAG supports. Based on-site in Schiller Park, Cook County, you'll own pricing frameworks and affordability programs that balance financial sustainability with TAG's mission of making care more accessible across its dental, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and animal health categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise pricing and affordability strategy across Aspen Dental and affiliated TAG brands.
• Develop pricing models that protect margin while expanding patient access to care.
• Partner with finance, operations, and clinical leadership to align pricing with business and patient outcomes.
• Build and refine affordability programs that lower barriers for patients seeking treatment.
• Use data and market analysis to guide pricing decisions and measure their impact.
• Mentor and direct cross-functional teams supporting pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in pricing, affordability, or commercial strategy, ideally within healthcare or multi-site retail organizations.
• Strong command of pricing methodology, financial modeling, and analytics.
• Track record of translating complex data into clear, actionable strategy.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Schiller Park, Cook County.
