As Sr. Director, Marketing Planning & Transformation at Axonius, you will own brand strategy, lead the brand team, and guide a shift toward AI-first creative development. Working across the entire marketing organization, you'll put in place the operational and AI infrastructure that makes marketing faster, smarter, and more efficient. This role is fully remote within the US. Key Responsibilities Drive annual and quarterly marketing planning so marketing objectives stay aligned with company goals, and design cross-portfolio frameworks linking brand, demand generation, campaigns, and launches. Partner with RevOps to set goals, KPIs, and budgets that tie marketing directly to pipeline, velocity, and revenue, and define and manage the brand process end to end. Stand up the strategic frameworks, tools, planning cadence, reporting, and team communications that accelerate go-to-market performance. Collaborate with marketing operations on executive dashboards and forecasting models covering performance, ROI, and business contribution. Build an AI-native creative design engine and lead AI-first execution using generative AI, predictive analytics, machine learning, and automation for content, hyper-personalization, dynamic campaign optimization, lead scoring, segmentation, and autonomous workflows. Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools that boost productivity and personalization, partnering with the internal AI team to extend marketing's impact. Recruit, lead, and grow a high-performing team of designers, agents, and AI specialists while fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decisions. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity, including 5+ years in senior integrated marketing roles. Demonstrated success building and scaling integrated programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue in high-growth enterprise software. Deep command of marketing operations, MarTech architecture (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics platforms), lead lifecycle management, and attribution modeling.
