Sr Analyst – Strategic Partner Integration

Role Overview

This Sr Analyst position will assist in requirement collection and refinement activities associated with the systematic exchange of critical data elements between WWT and our partners. The role will also plan and conduct the testing and validation of solutions with internal and external stakeholders prior to deployment to our Production environment.

What You Will Do

Gather business and functional requirements, create and maintain techno-functional documentation, define test conditions, execute test scripts, partner with SPI Developer peer group, manage complex integration projects, lead demos and training sessions, actively contribute during Agile Ceremonies, provide functional and end-user perspectives during grooming/planning Agile ceremonies, and leverage knowledge and experience to mentor and coach team members.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in an IT Analyst capacity, expertise in writing/troubleshooting PL/SQL statements, and in-depth familiarity with database operations. Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills are also required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related technical field
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an IT Analyst (or equivalent) capacity
  • Experience in working and collaborating with business and cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in writing/troubleshooting PL/SQL statements and in-depth familiarity with database operations
  • Ability to lead requirement discussions, brainstorming, and design discussions
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new skills, technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with strong work ethic and ability to act as a self-starter
