Sr. Analyst, Pro Installed Projects

Lowe's is seeking a results-driven Sr. Analyst, Pro Installed Projects to join our ProServices Operations team at our corporate headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina (Doolie, Iredell County). This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an analytical professional who thrives on turning data into operational improvements that support our Pro customers.

About the Role

As a Sr. Analyst supporting Pro Installed Projects, you will play a central part in strengthening the operations behind Lowe's ProServices business. Based at our Mooresville campus, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to streamline installed-project workflows, surface actionable insights, and help deliver dependable service to professional customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for ProServices Operations and Pro installed-project initiatives.
• Evaluate operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Build reports and dashboards that inform decision-making across the team.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support project execution and operational goals.
• Recommend solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and the Pro customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in analytics, operations, or a related field.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting results for business audiences.
• Effective communication and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
