About the Role
As Senior Acquisition Manager, Owned Media at The Farmer's Dog, you'll own the channels we control end to end — turning our owned properties into a reliable, scalable engine for bringing new subscribers on board. You'll pair sharp analytical thinking with creative instinct to deepen engagement, sharpen messaging, and convert interest into long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies across owned media channels to attract and convert new customers.
- Optimize the performance of owned properties through testing, segmentation, and data-informed iteration.
- Partner closely with creative, brand, and growth teams to align messaging and customer journeys.
- Track, measure, and report on channel performance, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Identify new opportunities to expand reach and efficiency within the owned media mix.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, growth, or owned media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and act on it confidently.
- Hands-on experience optimizing channels through experimentation and performance measurement.
- A collaborative communicator comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and growth partners.
- Comfortable working full-time, on-site in our New York, US office.
