We don’t just punch numbers into QuickBooks—we make sure complex accrual financials, deferred revenue, and cost-of-goods are perfectly mapped so leadership can make confident, high-stakes decisions.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Mastering the Monthly Close:You will orchestrate the monthly and semi-monthly book closing processes across multiple business locations, ensuring every dollar of deferred membership revenue and state tax requirement is perfectly reconciled.

• Bridging Services and COGS:You will seamlessly navigate the financial complexities of a business that blends service-based revenue with cost-of-goods, managing depreciation, prepaids, and standard accrual adjustments with expert precision.

• Syncing the Payroll Ecosystem:By integrating Gusto, When I Work, and QuickBooks Online, you will ensure payroll isn’t just processed, but accurately categorized and reconciled without missing a beat.

• Empowering the C-Suite:Acting as the right-hand to the CEO and fractional CFO, you will provide rapid, transparent communication, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for fast-moving U.S. leadership.

• An Unapologetic Expert:You are a high-level accountant, not a basic data-entry bookkeeper. You have extensive, proven experience in accrual-based accounting, multi-location financials, and complex revenue models, and you thrive under the scrutiny of a fractional CFO.

• Fiercely Accountable:You don’t wait to be told what to do. You take extreme ownership of your deadlines, embrace personality assessments (like the Culture Index) as a chance to show your detail-oriented nature, and willingly step up during urgent month-end sprints.

• A Precision Communicator:You possess flawless English communication skills and know how to confidently articulate financial realities to U.S. executives who move fast and expect absolute accuracy.

• Tech-Savvy:You effortlessly navigate modern financial stacks. You possess required mastery of QuickBooks Online, and you ideally bring hands-on experience with Zenoti, Bill.com, Gusto, and When I Work.

• Your Home Office:You have a reliable “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) setup, a high-speed internet connection, and a distraction-free, professional environment ready to support partial U.S. MST hours.
