About the Role Join our coaching staff for exciting, seasonal opportunities during school breaks. This is an ideal role for athletes, college students, or working professionals seeking flexible, part-time employment that combines your passion for sports with mentoring young learners. Current availability includes our tennis camp at San Marin High School in Novato, running April 6–10 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. What You'll Do Instruct youth athletes in fundamental and intermediate golf or tennis techniques Design and lead age-appropriate drills, practice sessions, and game activities Foster enthusiasm and build confidence in young players Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to all campers What We're Looking For Experience or demonstrated skill in golf, tennis, or both Ability to communicate clearly with young athletes and adapt teaching styles Enthusiasm for youth development and sports instruction Reliability and punctuality for scheduled camp hours CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred About TGA Premier Sports TGA Premier Sports delivers quality youth athletic development through expert coaching and engaging seasonal camps.
