Role Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in the home setting.
What You Will Do
Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide therapy interventions, and educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience preferred (home health experience a plus)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
