This is a dedicated heavy haul and specialized flatbed position with a structured path toward higher-earning loads. Qualified drivers can reach annual earnings of up to $150,000*, backed by a $6,000 sign-on bonus and pay during orientation. What You'll Do

• Operate flatbed equipment to transport specialized and oversized loads throughout assigned lanes
• Properly secure cargo using chains, binders, straps, and tarps in accordance with federal and state load securement regulations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and stay compliant with all DOT hours-of-service rules
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status, routing, and any delays
• Safely navigate routes with oversized or heavy freight, including coordination with escort vehicles when required

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Demonstrated experience operating flatbed equipment, particularly in heavy haul or specialized freight environments
• Working knowledge of load securement standards (FMCSA regulations)
• Physical capability to tarp loads and handle rigging equipment
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and on-time delivery performance
• Professional communication skills and a dependable, self-directed work ethic
