We are looking for a Spanish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through the rental process and ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable. The role offers paid relocation, enabling you to start an exciting new chapter in your career while immersing yourself in Bulgarian culture.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish language skills (verbal and written) are required;
- Proficiency in English is advantageous;
- Experience in customer service or the car rental sector is preferred but not mandatory;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach;
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Comfortable using computer systems and rental management tools;
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with provided relocation assistance;
- Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
