Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This position involves delivering outstanding customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to Imperial Brands’ products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within FMCG or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
