Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
- English language skills advantageous
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the automotive sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools
