As a Veterinary Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical and educational support to veterinarians and their staff, installing and training on IDEXX‘s innovative products. You will work in the field, visiting customers in their clinics, and be responsible for managing your schedule and developing relationships with clients. This role requires several years of experience in veterinary clinics, strong presentation skills, and effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to plan and prioritize work
- Ability to use technology such as computers, tablets, and smartphones
- Technical knowledge of computer networks and equipment installation
