Requirements
- Experience in requirement analysis and possess a strong quality assurance mindset (experience with automation is a plus)
- Knowledgeable in SaaS configuration and have an understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Thrive in customer-facing roles, demonstrating professionalism and a solution-oriented approach to meeting customer needs
- Strong collaboration skills and enjoy working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Familiar with process documentation and are adept at creating and managing data flows and change management processes
- Compassionate and motivated by the fact that real participants sit on the other side of every study configuration you build
- Ability to talk directly with participants and help them navigate their study journey
