The Solution Architect L4 – Workday Solutions will own the design and delivery of Workday solutions that directly enable critical people and talent decisions.
Requirements
- Experience independently owning medium-to-large Workday features or workstreams from design through post-go-live support.
- Demonstrated ability to align solutions to clear business metrics and measure the impact of your work.
- Track record of solving simple to moderately complex operational and technical problems in Workday without constant escalation.
- Experience defining or improving team-wide configuration or design standards
- Strong hands-on experience configuring Workday
- Solid understanding of Workday data structures, reporting, security and basic integrations; comfortable partnering with integration engineers on more complex patterns.
- Able to prioritize, communicate status and risks crisply
