We are looking for a full-time software developer to join our team, responsible for building workflows and high-quality tools to enable operations to scale, and implementing new features and last mile code changes to mature our tech stack.
Requirements
- Extend our internal platforms and systems by building workflows and high-quality tools
- Code using primarily PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React
- Guide design and code reviews
- Use software engineering skill sets to drive meaningful business impact
- Support vibecoding across Operations
- Business case development to support new and improved processes
- Work extensively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive and measure tool health, while supporting bug and incident management processes
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
- Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall support experience
