We are seeking a proactive and organized Social Media & Virtual Assistant Coordinator to support both marketing and administrative operations across the business. This role is primarily focused on managing social media campaigns (organic and paid) to generate leads, while also supporting back-office administration and participant/support worker outreach.

Requirements

  • Experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant or administrative support role
  • Ability to manage leads and follow-up processes efficiently
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Benefits
