Social Media & Live Commerce Manager

Cariloha is seeking a full-time Social Media & Live Commerce Manager to join its in-person team in Sandy, Salt Lake County, Utah — a strategic and creative role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, community building, and live shopping innovation.

About the Role

In this position, you will own Cariloha's social media presence and lead live commerce programming that drives both audience engagement and direct revenue. Your scope extends beyond Cariloha itself: you will also provide social and live commerce support for sister brands within the PW Companies portfolio, including Del Sol, giving you broad creative reach across a family of consumer lifestyle labels.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute platform-specific organic social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels
• Plan, host, and produce live commerce events — including shoppable livestreams — designed to convert engaged viewers into customers
• Craft content that authentically expresses Cariloha's signature blend of Caribbean-inspired warmth, sustainable values, and refined everyday comfort
• Maintain editorial calendars and manage consistent publishing cadences across all active platforms
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and conversations in a voice that reflects the brand
• Identify and develop relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with Cariloha's aesthetic and mission
• Analyze platform metrics, synthesize performance data, and translate findings into strategy refinements
• Partner with creative, e-commerce, and marketing teams to ensure social campaigns support broader business objectives
• Extend live commerce and social support to sister brands as needed within the PW Companies family

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing brand social channels with measurable results in follower growth and engagement
• Direct experience with live commerce formats such as TikTok Shop, Instagram Live Shopping, or comparable shoppable video platforms
• Strong visual and written storytelling skills with a confident sense of brand voice
• Comfort with content creation tools and basic video production or editing software
• Data-driven approach to social strategy — comfortable reading analytics dashboards and acting on what they reveal
• Background in apparel, home goods, sustainable lifestyle, or consumer retail is a meaningful advantage
• Organized self-starter who can juggle multiple brand identities and competing deadlines without losing quality
