As a Social Media Content Creator Intern, you will be responsible for designing and producing engaging content that resonates with our audience and strengthens ImEx Cargo’s online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create compelling graphics, videos, and animations for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter).
• Write engaging captions and posts tailored to each platform and audience.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and company goals.
• Create short videos, reels, and stories to showcase ImEx Cargo’s services, partnerships, and company culture.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build relationships with followers

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• A passion for social media and content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar.
• Experience with video editing tools for short-form content creation.
• Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling captions.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (recent graduates are also welcome).
• A portfolio showcasing social media content you’ve created.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics) to measure performance.
• Interest or experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus!
