Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Associate Manager who is both creative and strategic, with a strong understanding of social trends, content creation, and audience engagement.

Develop creative social content, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, execute social media activations, and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Experience working in an agency or corporate marketing environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior
- Proven ability to generate creative ideas and execute campaigns collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple brands/workstreams
- Deep understanding of social creative and paid social best practices
- Awareness of consumer media consumption trends and digital culture
