About the Role
As a Sleep Expert - Sales with Mattress Firm in Cedar Rapids, you'll be the friendly face customers rely on when shopping for the products that shape how well they sleep. This in-person, full-time position supports retail locations in Cedar Rapids, IA and Coralville, IA, giving you the chance to connect with a wide range of shoppers across the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their individual sleep needs and preferences.
- Recommend mattresses, bedding, and related products that match each customer's lifestyle and budget.
- Drive sales by delivering an attentive, consultative shopping experience.
- Provide coverage and support across the Cedar Rapids and Coralville store locations as needed.
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in sales, customer service, and helping people sleep better.
- Strong communication skills and a personable, approachable manner.
- Willingness to work on-site at retail locations in the Cedar Rapids, IA area, including Coralville.
- Availability for full-time hours.
