This is a full-time position for an industrial electrician committed to maintaining and supporting critical manufacturing operations that power our vehicle production facility. About the Role As an Industrial Electrician at our Lima Engine Plant, you'll maintain and troubleshoot the complex electrical systems that drive engine assembly and manufacturing operations. Your work directly impacts production reliability, equipment performance, and workplace safety across one of our key facilities. What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment throughout the manufacturing plant Troubleshoot electrical failures and implement solutions to minimize production downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment documentation Perform preventive maintenance on motors, controls, lighting systems, and power distribution equipment Work with high-voltage systems and complex industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment Collaborate with production supervisors and maintenance technicians to meet operational needs Follow electrical codes and safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace What We're Looking For Valid electrician license or current journeyman electrician certification Demonstrated experience working with industrial electrical systems in manufacturing or heavy industrial settings Proficiency reading electrical schematics and technical drawings Working knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving abilities Willingness to work shift work as required by plant operations Commitment to safety and continuous improvement in the workplace Compensation and Benefits This position offers a starting hourly rate of $44.915, advancing to $45.115 upon completion of three consecutive months of employment.
