You will be on-site using your expertise, experience, and tools like 3D scanning, thermal scanning, and our SlurryIQ optimisation program to diagnose slurry wear problems directly with Reliability Engineers and Superintendents. You will own a portfolio of 5–10 key operating mine sites, leading with technical problem-solving on-site while running these accounts like your own business. You will maximize growth and build deep, strategic relationships at every level. Trusted Go-To Partner: Build deep, site-level trust by providing rapid response, technical expertise, reliable follow-through, and exceptional service. "Mini-GM" Territory Ownership: Own the portfolio like your own business, managing everything from site-level "mud" troubleshooting to Perth head office influence. Hands-On Technical Problem Solving: Spend a minimum of 30% of your time on-site (~3 days per fortnight), diagnosing over 80% of on-site slurry piping system issues directly with plant teams. Core Duties Your core duties include: Providing rapid response and technical expertise to diagnose and solve complex slurry wear problems at mine sites. Building strong, long-term relationships with site-level plant teams through consistent service and problem-solving. Managing the portfolio of 5-10 key operating mine sites as if they were your own business, including strategic decision-making and growth initiatives. What We're Looking For We are looking for a Site Support Manager with: A background in technical sales and support roles within the mining industry. Proven experience in on-site problem-solving, particularly with slurry piping systems. Expertise in using 3D scanning, thermal scanning, and SlurryIQ optimisation programs. The ability to build trust and strong relationships with site-level plant teams.
