Trackers Earth is hiring a full-time Site Supervisor in Milwaukie, Clackamas County to lead the day-to-day operation of a single day camp location and uphold the experiences that make our programs unforgettable for kids.
About the Role
As the Site Supervisor for Trackers Earth in Milwaukie, you are the person responsible for an entire day camp site. This is a leadership position that blends people management, operations, and culture-building. Rather than simply keeping the schedule moving, you set the tone for the camp, oversee administration, and guide the staff who bring our adventures to life every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the operations at your assigned Trackers Earth day camp location.
- Establish and protect a positive, engaging camp culture for campers and staff alike.
- Manage the administrative tasks required to keep the site organized and running smoothly.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop your team so they can deliver outstanding camp experiences.
- Maintain high standards across programs such as archery, story-driven adventures, and wilderness survival training.
- Coordinate daily logistics while keeping the camper experience at the center of every decision.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities to oversee a busy site.
- A passion for working with children and creating safe, enriching outdoor programming.
- Comfort holding a consistent standard of quality across multiple activities.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Milwaukie, Clackamas County (this role is not remote).
