What You'll Do Conduct daily safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliance issues Develop, implement, and oversee site-wide safety protocols and procedures Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; document findings and recommend corrective actions Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, federal safety standards, and military-specific safety requirements Train and educate site personnel on safety procedures, emergency protocols, and hazard recognition Maintain comprehensive safety records, reports, and documentation Collaborate with project managers and leadership to integrate safety into all operations Conduct hazard assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-risk activities What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Site Safety Health Officer or equivalent safety professional on construction, federal, or military projects Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, federal safety regulations, and military safety protocols Excellent communication and training skills; ability to influence teams at all levels Ability to conduct thorough inspections, identify hazards, and take immediate corrective action High attention to detail and commitment to documentation and compliance Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team About Addon Addon is an innovative organization committed to supporting our military and federal partners with excellence.
