Site Manager

About the Role

As a Site Manager at Apple in Palms, Los Angeles County, you'll be part of the Places team — a proactive, agile group responsible for Apple's retail stores, workplaces, and the services that keep them running. Rather than waiting for problems to surface, this team takes ownership of Apple's global real estate portfolio, drives capital construction efforts, and ensures every site delivers an exceptional experience. In this on-site role, you'll be a hands-on steward of the facilities and operations that support Apple's people and the customers they serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and facilities services to keep Apple's workplaces functioning smoothly.
• Support the management of Apple's real estate footprint and contribute to related capital construction projects.
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, and on-site teams to maintain high standards across the location.
• Act in service to Apple employees and customers, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the Palms location.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities, site operations, or workplace services, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across diverse teams and partners.
