We are a growing recruitment agency looking for a dedicated BDR to join the team in Buenos Aires and take charge of lead management, client conversion, and account management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B account management, ideally in the tech, recruiting, SaaS, or professional services sectors
  • Proactive, resolution-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously, focusing on customer satisfaction and commercial expansion
  • Good presence in meetings, both with current clients and potential clients
  • Exceptional English skills (oral and written) (B2+ or C1)
