What You'll Do

• Direct and support crew members throughout your shift to maintain service speed and food quality standards
• Open or close the restaurant according to established procedures, including cash handling and safe counts
• Monitor food preparation, portion accuracy, and health and safety compliance
• Step in wherever needed — line, counter, or back-of-house — to keep the team on pace
• Coach and motivate team members in the moment, reinforcing positive behaviors and correcting issues constructively
• Escalate equipment, inventory, or staffing concerns to the restaurant manager
• Deliver a consistent guest experience that reflects the brand's standards

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a quick-service, fast-casual, or food-service environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead others, even informally, in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Reliability, accountability, and a team-first mindset
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled
• Food safety certification is a plus but not required — training is available
