Beyond20 is seeking a strong ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our growing consulting and implementation practice. We are looking for candidates that have an analytical way of thinking and can explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. The position will operate with significant autonomy, exercising independent judgement and decision making with respect to matters of significance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with ServiceNow implementation project teams, gathering requirements and drafting user stories.
  • Provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements.
  • Provide group facilitation, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Serve as the key coordinator between customers and multiple project teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow business analyst
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation development) with customers and end-users, and team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Experience with CMDB, SACM and/or Service Catalog analysis
  • Experience with Continual Improvement initiatives
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices
  • ITIL Foundations training or certification
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification
