Service Manager responsible for maintaining high levels of service and ensuring IT operations activities are performed. Subject matter expert in technology and/or business domain, responsible for driving internal and external teams in resolving complex problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering
  • 5-7 years IT service management experience
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Technical expertise in infrastructure, incident management, disaster recovery
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Analytical abilities to interpret performance data
  • Experience developing SOPs, maintaining documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
