About the Role

As a Service Advisor at Infiniti of Albuquerque, you'll guide vehicle owners through every step of their service visit — from the first warm greeting to the final handoff of their keys. This is a customer-facing, full-time position for a motivated professional who enjoys turning routine maintenance and repairs into a premium ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome service customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document requested work and vehicle symptoms.
• Translate technical findings from technicians into clear, honest recommendations clients can understand.
• Prepare detailed repair orders, estimates, and timelines while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow between the service drive and the shop to keep visits running smoothly.
• Build lasting relationships that earn repeat business and reflect the Infiniti standard of quality.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual earnings ranging from $40,000 to $90,000, based on experience and performance.
• Three weeks of paid time off after one year of employment.
