What You'll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the menu, including daily specials and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely, organized manner and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
• Anticipate table needs — refills, condiments, extra napkins — without waiting to be asked
• Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and close out checks
• Maintain a clean, properly set table section throughout your shift
• Collaborate with hosts, bussers, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly during peak hours
• Uphold food safety and alcohol service standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer-facing service role is a plus, but a strong work ethic and a guest-first attitude matter most
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy, high-volume dining room
• Clear, friendly communication skills with guests and teammates alike
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays throughout a full shift
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet applicable state requirements for food handler certification and alcohol service
