Everfi is a leading education technology company that delivers digital learning solutions. We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who can lead the full arc from early discovery to shippable designs and think in systems rather than screens.
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX or product design experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in ed tech or mission-driven digital products preferred
- Strong systems-level thinking
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity
- Proficiency in Figma and user research/testing tools
- Fluency in WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, inclusive design principles, and agile product development methodologies
