Prokeep is looking for a strategic UX Designer to play a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and information architecture of our product for the next five years. The role involves setting a strong UX foundation, evolving the design language, and continuously improving the product without disrupting customers. The successful candidate will bring research, systems thinking, and business judgment together to drive decisions and raise the quality bar of every team they work with.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing user-centered B2B or operations-focused digital products
- A track record of connecting design decisions to measurable business outcomes
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system
- Strong expertise across the full design discipline
- A habit of initiating research independently
- Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows
- Comfort working with product analytics and behavioral data
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional, agile environments
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Thrives in ambiguity and continuous discovery
