Job Title: Senior UiPath Developer

Summary:

We are looking for a a talented and motivated Senior UiPath Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UiPath Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath. You will work on a wide range of projects, from initial implementation to data integration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build solutions across web apps, API, databases, ERPs, and custom tools/platforms
• Contribute towards the creation, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise RPA adoption program
• Develop automation workflows and solutions using UiPath technologies to meet business requirements
• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes for automation, identifying areas for efficiency improvements
• Provide technical expertise in UiPath, including building custom activities and components as needed
• Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into automation solutions
• Conduct thorough testing of developed automation workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Create comprehensive documentation of automation workflows, guidelines, and best practices
• Provide ongoing support for deployed automation solutions, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
• Train and mentor junior developers and team members to enhance their UiPath skills and expertise
• Responsible for determining the scope of the assigned project(s) by assessing requirements from business and technical/network perspectives
• Work will include integration planning, integration analysis across multiple technical platforms, integration analysis across to include both global system design and detailed program design for complex processes or interfaces, review of database design of new data structures, and suggested modifications to existing data structures
• Provide technical direction on design considerations of RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platforms.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UiPath Developer, with a proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions
• UiPath certifications are highly desirable
• Proficiency in RPA technologies, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
• Strong programming skills in .NET, C#, or VB.NET
• Knowledge of database management, SQL, Snowflake and data integration
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
