Diagnose electrical faults within test stands and resolve systematic inefficiencies in test infrastructure and procedures. Select, specify, and implement data acquisition systems and sensing technologies based on hands-on technical validation and analysis of measurement requirements. Work cross-functionally with design engineers to develop test cases covering diverse operating scenarios, failure modes, and environmental conditions. Process and analyze large datasets from test operations, identify performance trends and anomalies, and correlate empirical results with simulation models. Author detailed test reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for design refinement and corrective actions. Lead initiatives to streamline testing workflows, accelerate cycle time, and raise product quality standards through continuous improvement. Coordinate test execution with external laboratories as needed and manage third-party lab partnerships to support business objectives.
