We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to source top talent for AeroVect, a Series A company transforming ground handling with autonomy, redefining how airlines and ground service providers run day-to-day operations. The role involves partnering with founders and engineering leaders to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
- Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups
