Key Responsibilities Act as the lead technical champion for your assigned accounts, supporting onboarding, deployment, and sustained success on the Dragos platform. Help customers put core use cases into practice and embed Dragos within their existing security workflows to deliver tangible business results. Run periodic account reviews, roadmap planning sessions, and platform tuning to keep value flowing over the long term. Track adoption and customer health signals, flag emerging risks early, and drive recovery plans for under-engaged or at-risk accounts. Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales to deliver one seamless, end-to-end experience. Serve as an OT cybersecurity expert by leading training, hands-on workshops, and executive briefings, with regional travel of up to 30%. Qualifications 3+ years in OT environments with working knowledge of ICS, SCADA, or DCS systems. 1+ year in a cybersecurity engineering or SOC role, ideally protecting critical infrastructure. Solid grasp of ICS/OT security concepts, including detection platforms, risk management, and industrial threat scenarios. Exposure to SIEM tooling and incident response (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, Elastic), plus industrial networking fundamentals such as SPAN/TAPs, VLANs, and firewalls. A track record in customer-facing or post-sales roles, influencing both technical and business audiences. Skill in distilling complex technical ideas for varied audiences.
