We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner who specializes in physician hiring to join Counsel Health, a company building the future of AI in healthcare. The successful candidate will own full-cycle physician hiring, partner with clinical leadership, and design sourcing campaigns to attract top clinical talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience, with the majority focused on physicians (MDs and DOs)
- Deep fluency in what makes a great clinician: clinical judgment, digital-first mindset, and culture
- Telehealth or digital health background: recruited in a high-growth virtual care or health-tech environment
- Strong command of Ashby ATS, with a real focus on data integrity and analytics
- A track record of closing senior and niche clinical roles through outbound sourcing
