You must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone. Key Responsibilities Work alongside Account Executives to evaluate new opportunities, conduct hands-on technical assessments, and help customers grow their production footprint with Temporal Lead strategic conversations with engineering teams to map their infrastructure needs, constraints, and goals, then position Temporal as a solution Design and deliver targeted proof-of-concept implementations and demonstrations that validate Temporal's value for specific use cases, including AI orchestration and agentic workflows Facilitate technical enablement sessions that equip customer engineering teams to adopt Temporal effectively Develop scalable technical resources and collateral that streamline deal cycles and expand team capacity Coach the sales team on Temporal architecture, integration patterns, and opportunity assessment to improve qualification and pipeline quality Balance competing priorities across multiple customers and prospects, ensuring strategic initiatives and urgent customer needs receive appropriate focus Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams that informs roadmap decisions and enhances market fit Qualifications Practical software engineering experience with demonstrated proficiency in at least one production language: Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python Solid grasp of distributed systems principles, including reliability patterns, observability design, and fault tolerance strategies Proven track record in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing technical roles that involved engaging technical decision-makers Excellent organizational and prioritization…
