Your Responsibilities Design, build, train, evaluate, and productionize machine-learning models that address needs common to game development such as player behavior prediction, content recommendation, balancing support, or intelligent NPC and systems logic. Write clean, efficient, well-tested production code and integrate ML components into larger software architectures used by game and platform teams. Own features end-to-end from problem framing and data consideration through deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement. Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and data specialists to translate product requirements into technical solutions. Review code, mentor more junior engineers, and help raise the bar for engineering practices, model-serving reliability, and technical decision-making. Profile and optimize system and model performance for latency, throughput, and scalability appropriate to interactive and large-scale game environments. Document designs, share knowledge, and contribute to technical roadmaps for ML-enabled capabilities within the organization. Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a senior software engineer with hands-on machine learning work applied to interactive, real-time, or entertainment software domains. Strong proficiency in modern programming languages commonly used for both systems and ML work (examples include C++, Python, or similar) and comfort writing production-quality services and libraries. Practical knowledge of machine-learning techniques, model evaluation, experiment design, and common frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent toolchains.
