Mainstay is a leading market intelligence platform for the single family rental industry, and they’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the future of real estate with AI. The role will involve designing, building, and shipping complex AI-powered workflow management systems and tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring AI features from idea to launch.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and delivering production-grade software
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying production-ready AI features
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with a focus on backend scalability and system reliability
- Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs
- Deep understanding of LLM evaluation methods
- Hands-on work with agentic frameworks or custom agent systems
